This pull request updates the dependencies for the datascience build. It adds the following dependencies: libcurl4-openssl-dev, libfontconfig1-dev, libgdal-dev, libssl-dev, and libxml2-dev. This update ensures that the datascience build has the necessary dependencies for proper functionality.
This also removes
rgdal, which was archived in October: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rgdal/index.htmlFixes #52
